Terms and Conditions

  1. By participating in the promotion, shopper is agreeable to the Terms and Conditions listed herewith.
  2. The above promotions are only open to shoppers aged 16 and above, Singapore Citizens, Singapore NRIC, Dependent Pass, Employment Pass & Work Permit Card Holders residing in Singapore.
  3. All redemption items are on a mutually exclusive basis, unless otherwise stated.
  4. Promotions are limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day, unless otherwise stated.
  5. Limited to three (3) same-day receipts, unless otherwise stated.
  6. Redemptions are on first-come-first-served bases. While stocks last.
  7. Members have to provide Name, original NRIC, Mobile Number and Mailing / Email Address in order to participate in the promotion / redemption.
  8. All redemptions must be made personally by the Member presenting the NRIC / Employment Pass / Work Permit / Photo Identification. Redemptions made on behalf of another Member will not be accepted.
  9. All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase at level 1 concierge counter from 11 am to 10 pm daily.
  10. Receipts used over the concierge counter for redemption, will not be accepted for ShopFarEast mobile app redemption.
  11. Receipt(s) are allowed to be used only once; same receipt(s) will not be accepted for other redemptions.
  12. Name reflected on the bank charge / debit / NETS slip(s) must correspond to the name found on the original NRIC and credit / debit card(s).
  13. Duplicate receipts, NETS slips, credit card slips, cash card transaction slips, push cart receipts, non-tenant atrium events receipts, handwritten receipts, deposit receipts, online and pre-order receipts, stored value cards, lottery receipts, receipts for payment of membership fees, purchase of tenant vouchers and Far East Malls Vouchers, top-up, payment by points and account deduction from tenants will not be accepted. For all instalment payment plans, only the initial payment will be considered for participation in promotions. Subsequent payments made for such instalment plans will not be accepted.
  14. Splitting of receipts from a single shop is not allowed. The Organizer reserves the right to turn down any redemption if such an act has been committed.
  15. Only the nett amount (after deduction of discounts, usage of vouchers and/or redemptions of points) will be accepted for redemptions.
  16. Purchase transactions not eligible for promotion include non-tenant atrium vendors, money changer; general services providers, medical / dental clinics, lifestyles, enrichment, education centres and convenience stores.   17. All images are for illustration purposes only and actual product may differ.
  18. The Organizer may take photographs of shoppers with prizes and use them for marketing and communication purposes.
  19. All information stated is correct at the time of printing. Far East Malls reserve the right to amend and update all Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Far East Malls’ decision will be final, should there be any dispute.
  20. All information submitted by Member may be collected and used for, among other purposes, conducting market research and improving customer service (e.g. conducting market research or surveys; performing market analysis; managing and enhancing the products and services of the Far East Organization stable of companies).
  21. Car park coupon is only valid on the day itself.
  22. For car park redemption, shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day, regardless of the total amount spent. The subsequent charges will be according to the first block charges after the first three (3) hours of parking coupon is being used.
  23. Car park ticket is not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
  24. Orchard Central’s decision will be final, should there be any dispute.
  25. Orchard Central reserves the right to change the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

ShopFarEast Bonus Points Terms and Conditions

  1. ShopFarEast Member is defined as a shopper who exists in our database as of the campaign period.
  2. ShopFarEast Member will only qualify for 1,000 Bonus Points with a minimum nett spending of $250 (max. of three (3) same-day combined receipts). Limited to the first 500 redemptions only.
  3. The 1,000 bonus points will be issued to ShopFarEast Member after verification of receipt(s) at the level 1 concierge counter only.
  4. ShopFarEast Member celebrating their birthday may earn two (2) times ShopFarEast Rewards Points for the first transaction during their birthday calendar month (i.e. capped at up to 1,000 ShopFarEast Rewards Points for the transaction) in addition to the 1,000 Bonus Points.
  5. Members are required to present their NRIC / Employment Pass / Work Permit / Photo Identification, original receipts and charged slip(s) for verification and record purposes.
  6. All redemptions must be made personally by the Member presenting the NRIC / Employment Pass / Work Permit / Photo Identification. The Organizer will not entertain redemptions made on behalf of another Member.
  7. Redemption is limited to one (1) per member per NRIC/Employment Pass/Work Permit/Passport/Photo Identification per day, unless otherwise stated.
  8. Duplicate receipts, NETS slips, credit card slips, Cash Card transaction slips, purchase of tenant’s vouchers receipts, handwritten receipts, top-up of respective stored value cards of tenant’s receipts; tenant’s membership programme; and online purchases will not be accepted.
  9. Only the nett amount (after deduction of discounts, usage of vouchers and/or redemption of points) will be taken into consideration for redemptions.
  10. Redemptions are on mutually exclusive basis, unless otherwise stated.
  11. All information submitted by the Member may be used as part of the Organizer’s database for administrative and marketing purposes.
