Terms & Conditions
1.SFEPark$ refers to parking credits under members account used to offset parking charges at participating Far East Malls.
2.SFEPark$ is only for members who have registered their vehicle number and IU number on the shopFarEast mobile application.
3.Limited to 1 registered vehicle under each member's account.
4.Ensure that exiting vehicle's IU number is correct to enjoy offsetting parking charges with SFEPark$.
5.SFEPark$ must be redeemed at least 15 minutes before exiting the carpark.
6.SFEPark$ is valid for 12 months after redemption. Strictly no extension of SFEPark$ is allowed.
7.Redemption of SFEPark$ is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
8.Members must have SFEPark$ credits in their app wallet before exiting the carpark. Upon exiting, your converted SFEPark$ will automatically be deducted first. Should there be insufficient SFEPark$ for the parking fee, the balance would be deducted from your cashcard.
9.The management will not be liable if the IU number of the vehicle exiting from the carpark was not correctly entered in the shopFarEast App at the point of exit and any requests for a refund of the applicable parking charges will not be allowed.
