Question 1: Can I redeem the LINE FRIENDS Merlion Plushie on the same day if I hit the minimum spend? 
Answer: You may redeem the LINE FRIENDS Merlion Plushie once the LINE FRIENDS Merlion Plushie e-Voucher is in your shopFarEast app. Regrettably, redemption cannot be processed without a valid e-voucher.  
 
Question 2: How long does it take for my receipt to be approved? 
Answer: The processing period will take up to 2 working days. 
 
Question 3: When is the last day of redemption for the LINE FRIENDS Merlion Plushie? 
Answer: Please refer to your LINE FRIENDS Merlion Plushie redemption e-Voucher expiry date in your e-Wallet. Redemption is also subject to availability, while stocks last. 
 
Question 4: Can I exchange the LINE FRIENDS Merlion Plushie for something else in return? 
Answer: No refund or exchange for cash or in-kind will be allowed.

Campaign Period: 4 – 20 OCTOBER 2024 

Shoppers are required to download the shopFarEast mobile application and sign up as a shopFarEast Member to be entitled to any redemption. All promotions are limited in quantity, while stocks last.  

 
1. Spend & Redeem
Receive an exclusive LINE FRIENDS Merlion Plushie with minimum $150 spend  
- Promotion is valid from 4 – 20 October 2024.   
- Limited to 1 redemption per member, per receipt day.  
- Required minimum $150 spend to be made within a maximum of three (3) same-day receipts at any Far East Malls.  
- Receipts must have a minimum nett spending of $10. 
- Members are required to scan the receipt(s) via the shopFarEast mobile app and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.    
- Members will automatically receive an e-Voucher in their shopFarEast App e-Wallet for redemption of the Merlion Plushie upon receipt(s) approval (processing period: up to 2 days).   
- Redemption of the Merlion Plushie is available at Clarke Quay Central Concierge (Level 1 Blue Zone).  
- Limited quantity of Merlion Plushie is available and will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. You may visit here for updates on the stock availability.  
- e-Voucher does not guarantee actual redemption of the Merlion Plushie, subject to stock availability at the point of collection.  
- e-Vouchers are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. e-Vouchers that are not redeemed before the expiry date stated, will be forfeited.  
- Last date of redemption of the Merlion Plushie is listed on your Merlion Plushie redemption e-Voucher, it is subject to stock availability.  
- Management’s decisions are final in cases of discrepancies.  
 

2. New shopFarEast members
Receive a $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher when you sign up as a new shopFarEast member with promo code <SFELF24>.   
- Promotion is valid from 28 Sep to 20 Oct 2024 only, on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.    
- An e-Voucher will be accorded to member’s wallet upon successful sign-up. e-Voucher issued for this promotion will be valid 1 month from issuance date. There will strictly be no extension of the expiry date of the e-voucher.  



GENERAL 

1. All terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme’s terms and conditions, unless otherwise defined herein. 
2. By participating in this “LINE FRIENDS City Light Walk” promotion or by making any redemption at any Far East Malls, Shopper shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions stated herein and to have agreed to the same. 
3. shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions shall also apply and shall be binding on the shopper. Visit www.fareastmalls.com.sg for details.  
4. Shopper must be a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member and aged 16 years and above in order to participate in the promotion. By agreeing to participate in this promotion, you will be registered as a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member. 
5. All promotions are on a non-mutually exclusive basis, unless otherwise stated.  
6. Receipts for the following purchases of goods or services are not applicable for redemption: 
- Money currency exchange at a money changer, bank, automatic teller machine or financial service institution; 
- Purchase of Far East Malls e-Vouchers and store vouchers; 
- Utilisation of deposit payment to offset invoice; 
- Cashcard top-up receipts or top-up receipts of any stored-value cards; 
- AXS/SAM/POPStation payments and bill payments; 
- Online purchases or any online spend; 
- Any purchases or spend made at pushcart and atrium events (by non-Mall retailers); 
- Any purchases or any spend where the payment is made with cheque(s); 
- Goods and/or services from a non-profit organisation or financial institution (including but not limited to banks and government institutions); and payment(s) made at offices, duplicated receipts, NETS/debit/credit card transaction/charge slips; 
- Third party loyalty programs 
- Receipts from supermarkets and education trade category are not eligible for this Promotion 
7. Redemption may only be made upon the verification of shopper’s Membership Identity to our satisfaction (which may include shopper proving to us that the Singapore mobile number that is officially registered in our records in relation to the shopFarEast Rewards Programme belongs to the Shopper) and in accordance with these terms and conditions and the shopFarEast Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions. 
8. Original receipts (as defined in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions) which have been used or presented over the Concierge / Information Counters on for redemption purposes, will not be accepted for redemption purposes or for any other purposes via the shopFarEast Mobile Application. 
9. Splitting of receipts from a single shop/outlet/store is not allowed. The Management reserves the right to turn down any redemption if such an act has been committed. 
10. All images are for illustration purposes only and actual product may differ. 
11. The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption(s). 
12. The Management also reserves the right to see the bank charge/debit/NETS slip(s) in relation to the purchase, which must correspond to the name stated on the credit/debit card(s). 
13. Redemption items must be taken as awarded and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. The expiry date of vouchers (if any) cannot be extended. The Management reserves the right to replace redemption items with items of similar value.  
14. The Management may take photographs or videos or audio-video or other recordings of shoppers for marketing, publicity, communication and/or other purposes. 
15. By participating in this promotion or by making any redemption for any redemption item, the shopper agrees that all information submitted or provided by the shopper may be collected, use and/or disclosed for, conducting market or consumer research and improving customer service (e.g conducting market or consumer research or surveys; and/or managing and enhancing the products and services of the Far East Organization stable of companies). 
16. The Management’s decision on any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.  
17. The Management reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 
18. Any rewards and/or promotions will not be awarded until the submitted receipt(s) are determined to be valid and approved. The Management may reject any receipt as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive. 
19. Other terms and conditions may apply as may be determined by Management at its absolute discretion.
