Shoppers are required to download the shopFarEast mobile application and sign up as a shopFarEast Member to be entitled to any redemption.  

1) Sure-Win Game: ‘Spin & Win’ 
Receive one (1x) game chance in the shopFarEast App with minimum $60 spend in a single receipt. 

- Promotion is valid from 16th November – 31st December 2023. 
- Required spend to be made in a single same-day receipt. 
- Limited to a one (1x) game chance per receipt, regardless of amount spent. 
- Capped at three (3x) game chances per member, per day, across all participating malls.  
- Only receipts that fall within the campaign period are eligible for the ‘Spin & Win’ game. 
- Members are required to scan the receipt via the mobile app and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.  
- Members will automatically receive the ‘Spin & Win’ game chances in their shopFarEast App Wallet under “Game Chances”. 
- Game chances will be issued upon receipt approval (processing period: up to 2 working days from date of submission). Game chances are valid until 7 Jan 2024. 
- Game prizes will be accorded to members’ wallet upon playing the game, all prizes are limited in quantity and on a while stocks last basis. 
- Far East Malls e-Vouchers issued for this promotion will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance. There will strictly be no extension of the expiry date of the e-Voucher. 
- Prizes must be taken as awarded and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. Prizes that are not redeemed before the expiry date stated, will be forfeited. 


2) Christmas Gift Wrapper  
Redeem exclusive Christmas Gift Wrapper with minimum $60 spend in a single receipt. 

- Promotion is valid from 16th November – 31st December 2023. 
- Required spend to be made in a single same-day receipt. 
- Only receipts from Clarke Quay Central, Orchard Central, Square 2 and One Holland Village will be eligible for this promotion. Members are required to redeem at the respective mall’s concierge only. Redemption of Christmas Gift Wrapper at One Holland Village is from 1 Dec 2023 onwards.  
- Member to present qualifying receipt at concierge counter for the redemption of Christmas Gift Wrapper 
- Maximum one (1) redemption per member, per mall, per day.  
- The Christmas Gift Wrapper is provided on a first-come-first-served basis, and redemption of the Christmas Gift Wrapper is subject to availability at the participating malls, while stocks last.  

3) ORBA Promotion Card 

- This promotion is applicable to all valid Mastercard. 
- Purchase must be made with a valid Mastercard to qualify for redemption. 
- A maximum of 5 same-day receipts from Orchard Central is permitted. 
- Receipts used for redemption in the Christmas Rewards with Mastercard tier will not be valid for the exclusive Black Friday tier which takes place from 24th – 30th Nov 2022. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that receipts can only be used for one (1) promotion, either Black Friday or Christmas Rewards with Mastercard. 
- Transactions made with pre-paid credits on Grab Pay, Fave Pay, Alipay or any other related mobile payment that are linked to a Mastercard shall not be deemed as qualifying transactions for the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, all other mobile payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay etc. which utilises a Mastercard stored on a mobile device shall be deemed qualifying transactions. 
- Limited to one (1) redemption per Mastercard cardholder per day. 
- Receipts used for redemption in this program will no longer be valid for other ongoing mall promotions. 
- Vouchers are while stocks last. 
- A qualifying transaction must be made with a valid Mastercard on a Mastercard acceptance terminal or device at a Mastercard accepting merchant, with the Mastercard mode of payment clearly indicated on the transaction/charge slip.  
- The products and services offered under this Promotion are provided solely by Orchard Road Business Association (ORBA), under such terms and conditions as determined by ORBA, and Mastercard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services.

- Promotion is valid from 16 Nov – 31 Dec 2023. 
- A $10 Saizeriya e-Voucher will be accorded to member’s wallet upon sign-up with promocode <WSQXMAS>. Members are required to present the e-Voucher in their shopFarEast app to redeem, limited to 1 redemption per shopFarEast member on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. 
- $10 Saizeriya e-Voucher will be valid for 1 month from the date of redemption. There will strictly be no extension of the expiry date of the e-voucher. 
 
Spend & Redeem 
Receive $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher with min. $30 spend in a single receipt. 
 
- Promotion is valid from 16 – 30 Nov 2023.  
- Limited to 1 redemption and capped at $5 e-Voucher per member, per day. 
- Required spend to be made in a single receipt, only same-day receipts that fall within the campaign period are eligible. 
- Members are required to scan the receipt via the shopFarEast mobile app and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.   
- e-Voucher will be issued upon receipt approval (processing period: up to 2 days).    
- Members will automatically receive the e-Voucher in their shopFarEast App e-Wallet upon receipt approval 
- e-Vouchers are limited in quantity, while stocks last.

5) New Member Sign-up  
Get $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher for new sign-ups with code <XMAS2023>. 

- This Promotion is applicable to non-shopFarEast members (new sign ups) only. All shoppers can download the shopFarEast mobile app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign up within the App as a shopFarEast member to qualify for the above promotion.  
- This Promotion is limited to the first 5,000 sign-ups with promo code “XMAS2023” keyed in on the sign-up screen during the Promotional Period, on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.  
- Redemption is limited to 1 redemption per shopper during the promotional period. 

GENERAL

1. All terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme’s terms and conditions, unless otherwise defined herein. 
2. By participating in this “Seasons of Love 2023” promotion or by making any redemption at any Far East Malls, Shopper shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions stated herein and to have agreed to the same.

4. Shopper must be a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member and aged 16 years and above in order to participate in the promotion. By agreeing to participate in this promotion, you will be registered as a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member. 
5. All promotions are on a non-mutually exclusive basis, unless otherwise stated. 
6. Receipts for the following purchases of goods or services are not applicable for redemption: 
- Money currency exchange at a money changer, bank, automatic teller machine or financial service institution; 
- Purchase of Far East Malls e-Vouchers and store vouchers; 
- Utilisation of deposit payment to offset invoice; 
- Cashcard top-up receipts or top-up receipts of any stored-value cards; 
- AXS/SAM/POPStation payments and bill payments; 
- Online purchases or any online spend; 
- Any purchases or spend made at pushcart and atrium events (by non-Mall retailers); 
- Any purchases or any spend where the payment is made with cheque(s); 
- Goods and/or services from a non-profit organisation or financial institution (including but not limited to banks and government institutions); and payment(s) made at offices, duplicated receipts, NETS/debit/credit card transaction/charge slips; 
- Third party loyalty programs 
7. Member must be personally present with his or her own original receipt(s) for redemption at concierge. 
8. Redemption may only be made upon the verification of shopper’s Membership Identity to our satisfaction (which may include shopper proving to us that the Singapore mobile number that is officially registered in our records in relation to the shopFarEast Rewards Programme belongs to the Shopper) and in accordance with these terms and conditions and the shopFarEast Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions. 
9. Original receipts (as defined in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions) which have been used or presented over the Concierge / Information Counters on for redemption purposes, will not be accepted for redemption purposes or for any other purposes via the shopFarEast Mobile Application. 
10. Splitting of receipts from a single shop/outlet/store is not allowed. The Management reserves the right to turn down any redemption if such an act has been committed. 
11. All images are for illustration purposes only and actual product may differ. 
12. The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption(s). 
13. The Management also reserves the right to see the bank charge/debit/NETS slip(s) in relation to the purchase, which must correspond to the name stated on the credit/debit card(s). 
14. Redemption items must be taken as awarded and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. The expiry date of vouchers (if any) cannot be extended. The Management reserves the right to replace redemption items with items of similar value.  
15. The Management may take photographs or videos or audio-video or other recordings of shoppers for marketing, publicity, communication and/or other purposes. 
16. By participating in this promotion or by making any redemption for any redemption item, the shopper agrees that all information submitted or provided by the shopper may be collected, use and/or disclosed for, conducting market or consumer research and improving customer service (e.g conducting market or consumer research or surveys; and/or managing and enhancing the products and services of the Far East Organization stable of companies). 
17. The Management’s decision on any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.  
18. The Management reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.  
19. Any rewards and/or promotions will not be awarded until the submitted receipt(s) are determined to be valid and approved. The Management may reject any receipt as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive. 
20. Other terms and conditions may apply as may be determined by Management at its absolute discretion.
