1. Share Your Code: Find your unique referral code in the shopFarEast App and share it with friends who aren't members yet.
2. Friend Signs Up: Your friend downloads the shopFarEast App and signs up as a new member using your code.
3. Friend Shops & Uploads: Your friend makes their first purchase at a participating stores and uploads their receipt via the app for approval.
4. You Get Rewarded! Once your friend's first receipt is successfully approved,   you will receive a $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher!

And your friend gets a sweet deal too! Your friend (the Referee) will receive a $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher instantly upon successful sign-up using your referral code. It's a win-win!

IMPORTANT

The Management reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account where fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of fictitious accounts, the use of misappropriated identities, manipulation of the referral scheme, or the use of automated tools. We may conduct investigations and require users to provide further verification. Any rewards or benefits associated with such accounts may be cancelled. The Management’s decision is final and without obligation to provide explanation. Users found to be engaging in fraudulent activity may face legal action and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Terms & Conditions

By participating in the shopFarEast App Referral Programme ("Programme"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions:

1. Programme Period: This Programme commences on 16 May 2025 and will continue until further notice from Far East Malls ("Programme Period").

2. Eligibility:
- Referrer: The Referrer must be an existing registered member of the shopFarEast App.
- Referee: The Referee must be a new user who has never registered for the shopFarEast App prior to the referral.

3. How to Participate:
- The Referrer shares their unique referral code or link found within the shopFarEast App with eligible friends.
- The Referee downloads the shopFarEast App, signs up as a new member, and enters the Referrer's code accurately during the registration process. The referral code must be applied during the initial sign-up and cannot be added retrospectively.

4. Rewards:
- Referee Reward: A $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher will be automatically issued to the Referee's shopFarEast App wallet upon successful registration as a new member using a valid referral code.
- Referrer Reward: A $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher will be issued to the Referrer's shopFarEast App wallet ONLY AFTER the referred friend (Referee) has successfully completed the following steps: signed up using the referral code, made their first purchase at a participating Far East Malls store, uploaded the corresponding receipt via the shopFarEast App, AND that first receipt upload has been successfully verified and approved according to the standard shopFarEast App receipt approval process.

5. E-Voucher Validity: All Far East Malls e-Vouchers issued under this Programme are valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers will not be reissued. Usage of e-Vouchers is subject to the standard terms and conditions governing Far East Malls e-Vouchers.

6. Receipt Approval: The approval of the Referee's first receipt upload is subject to validation by Far East Malls. Receipts must be valid proof of purchase from participating Far East Malls retailers and meet minimum spend criteria of $10 or other requirements as per the standard shopFarEast App terms regarding receipt uploads.

7. Limitations:
-A Referrer cannot refer themselves.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
-Far East Malls reserves the right to set a limit on the number of successful referrals a single Referrer can make, at its sole discretion.

8. General:
- Far East Malls reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Far East Malls reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be manipulating or abusing the referral process, attempting to gain unfair advantage, or otherwise violating these Terms & Conditions.
- Any accounts found to be involved in fraudulent referral activities will be reported and subject to immediate suspension.
- By participating in this Programme, users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Far East Malls' decision on all matters relating to this Programme shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By participating in this Programme, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with the shopFarEast App's Privacy Policy.
- Participating malls are subject to change. Please refer to the shopFarEast App for the current list of participating retailers and malls.
