1. Question: How do I earn 5X SFE$?
Answer: Simply shop at participating retailers across Far East Malls and upload your receipt (with a min. $80 spend, excluding supermarkets and education centres) to earn 5X SFE$. Only receipts with transaction dates and timestamp from 9 May 0000 to 12 May 2359 will be entitled to the promotion.
Each member will be limited to 1 redemption per member, per day across all participating Far East Malls on a first-come, first-served and while stocks last basis, for their first approved qualifying receipt.
2. Question: What is the maximum SFE$ I can earn from the 5X SFE$ promotion?
Answer: : Each member can earn a maximum of 2,000 bonus SFE$ per day, limited to 1 redemption per member. View examples of transaction on the activities page once receipt is approved below.

3. Question: Can I submit 2 receipts in a day?
Answer: Yes, you can.
However, please take note that only the first approved qualifying receipt will be eligible for the 5X SFE$ promotion. SFE$ awarded are based on the date of the approved receipt, and processing may not occur sequentially.
4. Question: When will my SFE$ be credited?
Answer: Your SFE$ will be credited within 2 working days from the day of submission. We advise you to retain your original receipts until your receipt is approved if further verifications are needed.
5. Question: Can I go to mall concierge counter to upload my receipts?
Answer: No, you will not be able to upload your receipts via the concierge counter. To qualify for the promotion, please upload your receipt(s) via the shopFarEast App within 24 hours of your purchase.
6. Question: Can I combine my receipts to meet the minimum spending to earn 5X SFE$?
Answer: No, minimum nett spending of $80 must be made in a single receipt to qualify for the promotion.
7. Question: My birthday is in May; will I be eligible for the 2X SFE$ Birthday Perk and and 5X SFE$ from Mother's Day?
Answer: Yes, if your receipt meets the minimum spend of $80 in a single receipt, you will enjoy both 2X SFE$ Birthday Perk (capped at 2,000 bonus SFE$) and 5X SFE$ promotion (capped at 2,000 bonus SFE$).

1. RECEIVE 5X SFE$ (POINTS) WITH MIN. OF $80 SPEND ACROSS PARTICIPATING FAR EAST MALLS
- Only receipts (min. spend of $80 each) dated from 0000 hrs on 9 May 2025 to 2359 hrs on 12 May 2025 will be entitled to earn 5x SFE$ (points)
- 5X SFE$ (points) will be accorded to members’ wallet upon first receipt approval and meeting the qualifying spend, limited to 1 redemption per shopFarEast member, per day across all participating Far East Malls on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last
- Members are required to submit their receipt via shopFarEast mobile app only, receipt approval will take up to 2 working days. Receipts may not be approved in the sequence of the receipt uploading.
- Issuance of SFE$ (points) is capped at 2,000 SFE$ (for base, bonus and birthday points each) per shopFarEast member, per day during the campaign period
- Receipts from supermarkets and education centres are not eligible for this Promotion.

- shopFarEast members are eligible to redeem one (1) bottle of bird nest beverage with a minimum spend of S$20 in a single receipt.
- Only receipts dated from 0000 hrs on 10 May 2025 to 2100 hrs on 12 May 2025 from One Holland Village are eligible for this promotion
- Limited to 1 redemption per shopFarEast member on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last

GENERAL
1. All terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme’s terms and conditions, unless otherwise defined herein.
2. By participating in this “5X THE SFE$, 5X THE LOVE” promotion or by making any redemption at any Far East Malls, Shopper shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions stated herein and to have agreed to the same.
3. shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions shall also apply and shall be binding on the shopper. Visit www.fareastmalls.com.sg for details.
4. Shopper must be a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member and aged 16 years and above in order to participate in the promotion. By agreeing to participate in this promotion, you will be registered as a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member.
5. All promotions are on a non-mutually exclusive basis, unless otherwise stated.
6. Original receipt(s) can be used only once; same receipt(s) will not be accepted for any other redemptions.
7. Receipts for the following purchases of goods or services are not applicable for redemption:
- Money currency exchange at a money changer, bank, automatic teller machine or financial service institution;
- Purchase of Far East Malls e-Vouchers and store vouchers;
- Utilisation of deposit payment to offset invoice;
- Cashcard top-up receipts or top-up receipts of any stored-value cards;
- AXS/SAM/POPStation payments and bill payments;
- Online purchases or any online spend;
- Any purchases or spend made at pushcart and atrium events (by non-Mall retailers);
- Any purchases or any spend where the payment is made with cheque(s);
- Goods and/or services from a non-profit organisation or financial institution (including but not limited to banks and government institutions); and payment(s) made at offices, duplicated receipts, NETS/debit/credit card transaction/charge slips;
- Third party loyalty programs
8. Redemption may only be made upon the verification of shopper’s Membership Identity to our satisfaction (which may include shopper proving to us that the Singapore mobile number that is officially registered in our records in relation to the shopFarEast Rewards Programme belongs to the Shopper) and in accordance with these terms and conditions and the shopFarEast Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions.
9. Original receipts (as defined in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions) which have been used or presented over the Concierge / Information Counters on for redemption purposes, will not be accepted for redemption purposes or for any other purposes via the shopFarEast Mobile Application.
10. Splitting of receipts from a single shop/outlet/store is not allowed. The Management reserves the right to turn down any redemption if such an act has been committed.
11. All images are for illustration purposes only and actual product may differ.
12. The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption(s).
13. The Management also reserves the right to see the bank charge/debit/NETS slip(s) in relation to the purchase, which must correspond to the name stated on the credit/debit card(s).
14. Redemption items must be taken as awarded and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. The expiry date of vouchers (if any) cannot be extended. The Management reserves the right to replace redemption items with items of similar value.
15. The Management may take photographs or videos or audio-video or other recordings of shoppers for marketing, publicity, communication and/or other purposes.
16. By participating in this promotion or by making any redemption for any redemption item, the shopper agrees that all information submitted or provided by the shopper may be collected, use and/or disclosed for, conducting market or consumer research and improving customer service (e.g conducting market or consumer research or surveys; and/or managing and enhancing the products and services of the Far East Organization stable of companies).
17. The Management’s decision on any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
18. The Management reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
19. Any rewards and/or promotions will not be awarded until the submitted receipt(s) are determined to be valid and approved. The Management may reject any receipt as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
20. Other terms and conditions may apply as may be determined by Management at its absolute discretion.
