Answer: You may redeem the JISOO SHUMON GREY POUCH once the JISOO SHUMON GREY POUCH e-Voucher is in your shopFarEast App. Regrettably, redemption cannot be processed without a valid e-voucher.

Question 2: How long does it take for my receipt to be approved?
Answer: The processing period will take up to 2 working days.

Question 3: When is the last day of redemption for the JISOO SHUMON GREY POUCH?
Answer: Please refer to your  JISOO SHUMON GREY POUCH redemption e-Voucher expiry date in your e-Wallet. Redemption is also subject to availability, while stocks last.

Question 4: Can I exchange the JISOO SHUMON GREY POUCH for something else in return
Answer: No refund or exchange for cash or in-kind will be allowed.

2. JISOO Spin Your Love

Question 1: How can I get a chance to play the Spin Your Love game in the shopFarEast App?
Answer: Spend a minimum of $50 in a single receipt and upload your receipt on the shopFarEast App OR sign up as a shopFarEast member.

You will receive a game chance to spin the wheel and win prizes upon receipt approval. 1 game chance will be issued per receipt.

You will receive the ‘Spin Your Love’ game chances in your shopFarEast App wallet under ‘Game Chances’ once the receipt has been approved. Prizes will be accorded to your wallet upon game completion.

Question 2: How many times can I receive the Spin Your Love game chance in a day?
Answer: Each member is limited to a maximum of three (3) game chances per day, regardless of whether the chances are obtained through sign-up or spending.

Question 3: Can I exchange my prize for another item of similar value or top up to get another prize?
Answer: Prizes must be taken as awarded and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. Prizes that are not redeemed before the expiry date stated will be forfeited.

(1) JISOO SHUMON GREY POUCH 
Receive 1x exclusive JISOO SHUMON GREY POUCH with minimum $150 spend. 
   
- Promotion is valid from 5 March – 6 April 2025.    
- Limited to 1 redemption per member, per receipt day.   
- Required minimum $150 spend to be made within a maximum of two (2) same-day receipts at any Far East Malls, including AMORTAGE at Far East Malls - Orchard Central Pop-Up Concept Store.   
- Receipts must have a minimum nett spending of $10.  
- Members are required to scan the receipt(s) via the shopFarEast mobile app and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.     
- Members will automatically receive an e-Voucher in their shopFarEast App e-Wallet for redemption of the JISOO SHUMON GREY POUCH upon receipt(s) approval (processing period: up to 2 days).    
- Redemption of the JISOO SHUMON GREY POUCH is available at the following collection points: One Holland Village, Orchard Central and West Coast Plaza.  
- Limited quantity of JISOO SHUMON GREY POUCH is available and will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. You may visit here for updates on the stock availability.

- Limited to one (1x) game chance per receipt, regardless of amount spent.  
- Capped at three (3x) game chances per member, per day, across all participating malls - regardless of whether the chances are obtained through sign-up or spending. 
- Only receipts that fall within the campaign period are eligible for the ‘Spin Your Love’ game.  
- Members are required to scan the receipt via the mobile app and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.  
- Members will automatically receive the ‘Spin Your Love’ game chances in their shopFarEast App Wallet under “Game Chances”.  
- Game chances will be issued upon receipt approval (processing period: up to 2 working days from date of submission). 
- Game chances that are not utilised before the expiry date stated will be forfeited.

- Payment Methods: Only contactless payments via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayNow are accepted. Cash payments are not accepted.
- Official store opening hours: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM.
- No refunds or exchanges will be allowed once payment has been made.
- Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective items purchased at the Orchard Central Pop-Up Concept Store.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- By making a purchase, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
 
(4) New Member Exclusive  
Redeem 1x Spin Your Love chance when you sign up as a new shopFarEast Member using <JISOOFEM>. 
 
- Promotion is valid from 5 March – 6 April  2025.  
- 1x Spin Your Love game chance will be accorded to member’s wallet upon sign-up with promocode <JISOOFEM>.  
- This Promotion is applicable to non-shopFarEast members (new sign ups) only. All shoppers can download the shopFarEast mobile app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign up within the App as a shopFarEast member to qualify for the above promotion.   
- This Promotion is on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.   
- Redemption is limited to 1 redemption per shopper during the promotional period. 

  

GENERAL

1. All terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme’s terms and conditions, unless otherwise defined herein.  
2. By participating in this “AMORTAGE at Far East Malls - Orchard Central Pop-Up Concept Store” promotion or by making any redemption at any Far East Malls, Shopper shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions stated herein and to have agreed to the same.  
3. shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions shall also apply and shall be binding on the shopper. Visit www.fareastmalls.com.sg for details.   
4. Shopper must be a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member and aged 16 years and above in order to participate in the promotion. By agreeing to participate in this promotion, you will be registered as a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member.  
5. Notwithstanding anything stated in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions, only one (1) redemption of the JISOO SHUMON GREY POUCH can be redeemed by a shopper under this Promotion unless otherwise stated.  A shopper shall not be entitled to redeem more than 1 redemption item per day under any circumstances whatsoever. This applies regardless of the number of purchases that the shopper has made in the same day, whether at one Mall or at more than one Mall, and regardless of the amount spent by the shopper at any Mall(s) on any day.  For the avoidance of doubt, to qualify for this Promotion, the shopper must have a valid Membership Identity (as defined in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions).  
6. Original receipt(s) can be used only once; same receipt(s) will not be accepted for any other redemptions.  
7. Receipts for the following purchases of goods or services are not applicable for redemption:  
- money currency exchange at a money changer, bank, automatic teller machine or financial service institution;  
- utilization of tenant vouchers, retailer vouchers and/or Malls vouchers or voucher receipts;  
- utilization of tenant stored value cards/tenant vouchers/tenant gift certificates;  
- cashcard top-up receipts;  
- AXS/SAM/POPStation payments and bill payments;  
- online purchases or any online spend (except for purchases made via the shopFarEast Mobile Application);  
- Any purchases or spend made at pushcart and atrium events (by non-mall retailers);  
- Any purchases or any spend where the payment is made with cheque(s); and/or 
- Goods and/or services from a non-profit organisation or financial institution (including but not limited to banks and government institutions); and payment(s) made at offices, duplicated receipts, NETS/debit/credit card transaction/charge slips  
8. Member must be personally present with his or her own original receipt(s) for redemption at concierge or the redemption points. 
9. Redemption may only be made upon the verification of shopper’s Membership Identity to our satisfaction (which may include shopper proving to us that the Singapore mobile number that is officially registered in our records in relation to the shopFarEast Rewards Programme belongs to the Shopper) and in accordance with these terms and conditions and the shopFarEast Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions.  
10. Original receipts (as defined in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions) which have been used or presented over the redemption points for redemption purposes, will not be accepted for redemption purposes or for any other purposes via the shopFarEast Mobile Application.  
11. Splitting of receipts from a single shop/outlet/store is not allowed. The Management reserves the right to turn down any redemption if such an act has been committed.  
12. All images are for illustration purposes only and actual product may differ.  
13. The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption(s).  
14. The Management also reserves the right to see the bank charge/debit/NETS slip(s) in relation to the purchase, which must correspond to the name stated on the credit/debit card(s).  
15. Redemption items must be taken as awarded and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. The expiry date of vouchers (if any) cannot be extended. The Management reserves the right to replace redemption items with items of similar value.   
16. The Management may take photographs or videos or audio-video or other recordings of shoppers for marketing, publicity, communication and/or other purposes.  
17. By participating in this promotion or by making any redemption for any redemption item, the shopper agrees that all information submitted or provided by the shopper may be collected, use and/or disclosed for, conducting market or consumer research and improving customer service (e.g conducting market or consumer research or surveys; and/or managing and enhancing the products and services of the Far East Organization stable of companies).  
18. The Management’s decision on any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
