Mama Patisserie is a Japanese Bakery and Cafe outlet in Square 2. We specialise in one-of-a-kind boutique Japanese bread, Japanese coffee and tea. All our items are baked daily to ensure freshness and quality and are individually packed for hygiene purposes. We do not use any added preservatives in all our bread items and our bread can only be kept for 2 to 3 days without refrigeration. Our talented baking team has come up with unique patisserie items using quality home-made and imported ingredients. We use only premium Japanese imported flour for all our bread. Many of our ingredients are also from Japan. These includes our anpan, crawfish, lobster curry and mentaiko, among others. Other items are made with fresh ingredients by us. These include our yam fillings, sweet potato, chicken curry and all our hearty soups. Healthy bread is a specialty of Mama Patisserie. Customers who prefer bread with low/no sugar, no eggs or milk will find that our bakery, with its array of products, caters for their needs. With our wide range of bread types and flavours to suit all preferences, you will be spoilt for choice. Specialties include low multi-seed bread, cranberry and raisin scones, honey wheat tuna, melon pan and our signature bread, Choco Bowl.
