Shoppers are required to download the shopFarEast mobile application and sign up as a shopFarEast Member to be entitled to any redemption. All promotions are limited in quantity, while stocks last. 

1. Spend & Redeem

Receive $5 Far East Malls e-Voucher with min. $128 spend in a single receipt 

- Promotion is valid from 19 January – 25 February 2024.  
- Limited to 1 redemption per tier and capped at $5 e-Voucher per member per day. 
- Required minimum $128 spend to be made in a single receipt, only same-day receipts that fall within the campaign period are eligible. 
- Members are required to scan the receipt via the shopFarEast mobile app and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.   
- e-Voucher will be issued upon receipt approval (processing period: up to 2 days).    
- Members will automatically receive the e-Voucher in their shopFarEast App e-Wallet upon receipt approval 
- e-Vouchers are limited in quantity, while stocks last. 
- Far East Malls e-Voucher issued for this promotion will be valid for 3 months from issuance date. There will strictly be no extension of the expiry date of the e-voucher.  
- e-Vouchers are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. e-Vouchers that are not redeemed before the expiry date stated, will be forfeited. 

2. One Holland Village Workshops

- Redeem workshop passes with minimum $60 spend in a single receipt.  
- Promotion is valid on Saturdays and Sundays only, 19 Jan – 25 Feb except for 10 and 11 Feb. 
- Required spend to be made in a single same-day receipt. 
- Only receipts from One Holland Village will be eligible for this promotion. Each qualifying receipt is eligible to redeem one (1) workshop only. 
- Shoppers are required to redeem for workshop passes at the individual event booth.  
- Terms and conditions of the respective workshops apply. 
- Workshop passes are in limited quantity, while stocks last. 

3. New shopFarEast members  

Sign up as a new shopFarEast member to redeem a $10 Far East Mall e-Voucher using promo code <CNY2024>.  

- Promotion is valid from 19 Jan – 25 Feb 2024 only, on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.   
- An e-Voucher will be accorded to member’s wallet upon successful sign-up. Far East Malls e-Voucher issued for this promotion will be valid for 3 months from issuance date. There will strictly be no extension of the expiry date of the e-voucher. 
- Limited to 1,000 quantity for this promotion. 

4. Parking Exclusives

One Holland Village

Free 2 Hours Parking till 19 April 2024

- Free lunchtime parking from 12pm to 2pm from Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays).
- Prevailing parking charges will apply outside the free parking hours.
- The parking reward is not exchangeable for cash and the value cannot be refunded in part if it is not fully utilised.
- The Management’s decision on any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Parksuites

Free $6 Off Your Parking till 31 Mar 2024

- Valid for first entry only.

- Not applicable for motorcycles.
- Any additional parking charges incurred shall be borne by the participant of this promotion

GENERAL

1. All terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme’s terms and conditions, unless otherwise defined herein. 
2. By participating in this “Seasons Of Love 2024” promotion or by making any redemption at any Far East Malls, Shopper shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions stated herein and to have agreed to the same. 
3. shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions shall also apply and shall be binding on the shopper. Visit www.fareastmalls.com.sg for details.  
4. Shopper must be a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member and aged 16 years and above in order to participate in the promotion. By agreeing to participate in this promotion, you will be registered as a shopFarEast Rewards Programme member. 
5. All promotions are on a non-mutually exclusive basis, unless otherwise stated. 
6. Receipts for the following purchases of goods or services are not applicable for redemption: 
 - Money currency exchange at a money changer, bank, automatic teller machine or financial service institution; 
- Purchase of Far East Malls e-Vouchers and store vouchers; 
- Utilisation of deposit payment to offset invoice; 
- Cashcard top-up receipts or top-up receipts of any stored-value cards; 
- AXS/SAM/POPStation payments and bill payments; 
- Online purchases or any online spend; 
- Any purchases or spend made at pushcart and atrium events (by non-Mall retailers); 
- Any purchases or any spend where the payment is made with cheque(s); 
- Goods and/or services from a non-profit organisation or financial institution (including but not limited to banks and government institutions); and payment(s) made at offices, duplicated receipts, NETS/debit/credit card transaction/charge slips; 
- Third party loyalty programs 
7. Member must be personally present with his or her own original receipt(s) for redemption of workshops. at concierge. 
8. Redemption may only be made upon the verification of shopper’s Membership Identity to our satisfaction (which may include shopper proving to us that the Singapore mobile number that is officially registered in our records in relation to the shopFarEast Rewards Programme belongs to the Shopper) and in accordance with these terms and conditions and the shopFarEast Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions. 
9. Original receipts (as defined in the shopFarEast Rewards Programme terms and conditions) which have been used or presented over the Concierge / Information Counters on for redemption purposes, will not be accepted for redemption purposes or for any other purposes via the shopFarEast Mobile Application. 
10. Splitting of receipts from a single shop/outlet/store is not allowed. The Management reserves the right to turn down any redemption if such an act has been committed. 
11. All images are for illustration purposes only and actual product may differ. 
12. The Management reserves the right to see all purchases made by shoppers before granting redemption(s). 
13. The Management also reserves the right to see the bank charge/debit/NETS slip(s) in relation to the purchase, which must correspond to the name stated on the credit/debit card(s). 
14. Redemption items must be taken as awarded and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. The expiry date of vouchers (if any) cannot be extended. The Management reserves the right to replace redemption items with items of similar value.  
15. The Management may take photographs or videos or audio-video or other recordings of shoppers for marketing, publicity, communication and/or other purposes. 
16. By participating in this promotion or by making any redemption for any redemption item, the shopper agrees that all information submitted or provided by the shopper may be collected, use and/or disclosed for, conducting market or consumer research and improving customer service (e.g conducting market or consumer research or surveys; and/or managing and enhancing the products and services of the Far East Organization stable of companies). 
17. The Management’s decision on any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.  
18. The Management reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.  
19. Other terms and conditions may apply as may be determined by Management at its absolute discretion.
